Here's how it works: Add the desired quantity to the shopping cart, at the end of your order (i.e. after payment) you will automatically receive an e-mail with a link. If you click on the link, you will be redirected to our product designer. Here you can now provide your pillow with pictures and texts and finish your order.

We will then receive your finished design and print your personalized pillow. For this we need about 1 day and then your pillow goes on the journey to you. You will be informed by e-mail.

The prerequisite for a high-quality print result is the upload of a file 1:1 with at least 200 DPI. (Poor template quality = poor print result) A complaint due to poor submission(s) is excluded. Changed color reproduction depending on personal screen setting and color deviations from our sample images are possible and therefore no reason for complaint. We do not print prohibited symbols.
